Also, there's the fact that Cordite is not used in missiles. People would have to be firing World War I rifles.

The pictures from the video they confiscated were released years after 9/11/01 (IIRC in '04), and they don't prove at all that a plane hit the Pentagon.

Any account that says anybody "smelled cordite" is automatically suspect, either of factual inaccuracy or such awful writing style that you were willing to use that garbage cliche. Probably both.

Unless you're a veteran of WWII (where the British last used the stuff), you don't know what cordite smells like.

That's the point : There was NO evidence in "Loose Change : [1st/2nd/3rd/4th/Final/Final Uncut] Edition. What they claimed without proof, citation, or expert testimony was thoroughly and unequivocally refuted time, and again, in many peer-reviewed papers, expert's blogs, and other verifiable sources.

Check "Screw Loose Change" for some of these sources.

It was people who worked at the Pentagon, which is as we all know, the head of the US military, thus I thought to take them at their word, seeing multiple people said they smelled it, or smelled something like it; it's in the video link I provided. Either way, the smell isn't consistent w/that of jet fuel.

It's people's complete choice whether it's important enough to do their own research about it, or if they trust the government enough and settle for their version of events. W/Dubya's brother Marvin having a high position at Securacom, which ran security at Dulles airport until 9/11/01, and Osama having helped the Bush's establish their oil business and being a CIA agent (to go w/Pappa Bush once running the CIA), and the deaths of Hunter S. Thompson and Bryan C. Jack, I choose to raise red flags regarding the official story.

Once again, it all comes down to who you'd rather believe. I'm not at all satisfied w/the official story, and believe that the Bush Admin had alot to gain from 9/11/01. Hunter S. Thompson died sometime after saying the same thing.

Unlikely that even active duty military would know what cordite smelled like: the stuff is that obsolete. Besides, it's a cliche that is so often abused that it sets off bullshit detectors. People use it just because they heard it in a movie and use it to mean they smelled something acrid. Well, a fire inside a building will throw up thousands of different acrid smells. It's no proof of anything.

However, the hit on the Pentagon still has many issues. One is that the lawn didn't have burns, another is that they were picking up debris from the lawn on the same day (that's illegal) and it was caught on camera, and that the hit didn't show any wing damage from the plane, and in pictures of the damage of the same day the rooms around where the projectile hit, there was an office w/a computer that was untouched. That coupled w/the fact that the FBI released debatable pictures 3yrs later, point to the hit being that of a missile instead of a jumbo jet and a cover-up thereafter.
