Hello,

First I want to thank Gog for bringing us Theme Hospital.

Unfortunately, I'm having issues with it as follows:

1. In the Graphic mode setup for Theme Hospital I have set it to full screen and 1600x900 but no matter what it seems that it's only displaying at 1024x768

How do I go about getting the game to display at 1600x900 like it says it should in the graphic mode setup program?

Under Advanced Settings do you have "Keep Aspect Ratio" clicked on? If so, try turning it off, then it should play in 1600x900. If you need more help you'll probably get better service if you post in the Theme Hospital forum.
