Galimatias: BTW why do people go to movies like that and expect a spiritual journey with a satisfying katharsis in the end? It's like with Sucker Punch, you go to the cinemy, the lights go dark and in this very moment your brain should be turned off and just enjoy the eyeporn on the screen.
It's the same with all of the Bay movies too, imho ofc.
DaoJones: I adored Sucker Punch! Such a fun movie to see in Imax! Though, that worries me. I saw the third Matrix movie (I know, there were sequels!) in Imax and liked it and when it came out on DVD... not so much. :-\
I still haven't bought Sucker Punch on Bluray... just in case! :)
When I finished watching SP, I was in awe of the awesome eyeporn there was. The other thing I loved about it, the film wasn't trying to be something more than just "look how awesome helghast-nazi would look like". The longest dialogues were like 30sec tops which was long by the movie standards ;) A little mindfuck-twist at the end and voila.
Okay, seriously how can you not love a film where a dragon is chasing a b117 fortress around an epic medieval castle ? HOW I ASK YOU ?!
