I haven't played it yet, but I've heard good reviews about Clive Barker's Undying.

edit: Er, maybe Undying might not fit your bill. Here's a suggestion: the Dawnguard DLC for Skyrim.

In Dungeons of Dredmor you can play as a vampire. And as a viking. And as a mathematician. And as Indiana Jones. And as a Communist. And as a Killer Vegan. And as an Emomancer (don't ask).

And as ALL OF THESE THINGS TOGETHER. It's a neat little rogue-like with a crazy sense of humor, in short.
