I bought Lords of Magic and Alpha Centauri from GOG - mostly for nostalgia reasons (I have the disks somewhere in the house still), but also because they were super cheap in the sale.

I will also probably convince myself to buy Dishonored on Steam, because it is on sale for the next 45 hours.
First i completed my Fallout New Vegas DLC collection (didn't have Gun Runners' Arsenal yet),
then I completed the Daedalic Bundle (already had Deponia) on here.

I finally cracked down and bought Theme Hospital and Broken Sword 3 (GOG too)

Then went over to the Humble Indie Bundle site and spent my
remaining two dollars (approx.) on the seventh Bundle, of which only Binding of Isaac appealed to me, but, hey, you can't beat that price and DRM-free.

ne_zavarj: I stoled the thread from the Steam forum . :p

A little modification : You can list ( update / edit ) your purchases from any online or retail store .

12.20:

A New Beginning - Final Cut ( GOG )
Deponia ( GOG )
Edna & Harvey: The Breakout + Harvey's New Eyes ( GOG )
The Dark Eye: Chains of Satinav ( GOG )
A bit early for this thread, is it not? Pretty sure there's plenty of "I can't resist no matter how bad it hurts" deals left.

E.G. who saw that Darksiders II bundle coming today? That is insanely cheap.
Being that my GOG library is still relatively small (some EA games, the Divinity games, and a couple giveaways I won) I actually splurged during the End of the World sale. Bought 3 bundles and stopped myself from buying more since there's still 2 weeks of sales to go on this site and others.
No idea when I'll have all the free time to play all these games but oh well.

Not bought anything on Steam yet and been very tempted by a few Amazon sales but haven't given in to them yet. We shall see.

A crap load of DLC for games that I was missing it from whenever it hits 75% off

Then of course trades that brought these major collections:
Port Royale 3 Complete
Stronghold Complete Collection
Civilization V GOTY + Gods and Kings

Forgot : Retail:
PS3 Bundle with Infamous 1/2 and Uncharted 1/2
Mortal Kombat
Madden 13
NCAA 13

That is the majority, I am sure there are more games I purchased during this time from some other minor sites.

There are maybe 3-4 items I still would like to get, one currently being the expansion to Titan Quest, and then a couple of other small items. But that will be pretty much all i will buy for the foreseable future. The only major games on my list for early next year are Metro Last Light, Company of Heroes 2, Crysis 3, and Colonial Marines. Now my list is pretty wide ranging as I also purchase games for my daughter, for both of us, and then a couple for myself and the wife. That list is for all of the holiday sales so far. I do not see myself buying anything else though.

I would call it much needed shopping therapy. I am in my 2nd year of a Pharm.D program and between that...2 kids...my youngest was sick for a month...my wife became pregnant with our 3rd....finals...etc...I decided to stock up on some much needed entertainment for the next couple of years=) I doubt i will finish more than 25% of them; however, I will play them all especially the family oriented ones.

Yes, and the temptation was too much for me, damnit!
