AstralWanderer: MMO only but still likely to be of interest to RPGer's:

Pathfinder Online: A Fantasy Sandbox MMO (Jan 15)

lowyhong: Yeah I saw that yesterday, but nah. Not gonna add it. The entire project feels like a quick cash grab from the Pathfinder community.
Can you explain what you mean? Did you consider the Shadowrun games a quick cash grab from the Shadowrun community (and so on for other projects with established communities)?

My problems is more that the MMO subscription structure do not fit will with crowdsourcing. I know there is the whole patron thing, but when I pledge I do want a little more in return then a months free play - even the highest tier ($1000) only grants you 3 months play time. (I remember when LOTRO launced, you could at least have to option to become a life time subscriber (around $200?)). If I helped fund a MMO I would at lest expect a little more rewards then they are offering. If you pledge a lot you may help them stress test it with an early beta invite...

tarohilt: Forsaken Fortress - post apocalyptic dungeon keeper

http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1317934609/forsaken-fortress
From what i read looks more like post apocalyptic Dead State meets Tower Defense, sharing several features with Dead State: party management, base building, world exploration, and adding the Base "tower Defense". Looks very interesting, but as several others from unknown studios lacking in PR visibility (didnt even got mentioned in weekly KS katchup for the second week)

No, but I find it difficult to recommend projects that have the backing of private investors + $300k from the public, especially when they're asking for $1m five months later for a subscription-based game - just a few reasons amongst others.

Anyway, OP's just been updated. Lot of good projects added to the list today, so have a gander folks.

gandalf.nho: Infinity Wars, FORCED and Paradox Vol 1 all funded succesfully. And because of $28 Alpha Colony failed to get funded...
Yeah it's rare to see a Kickstarter come this close to meeting its goal, only to fall shy of a few dollars before the deadline hits.

Ouch, that's painful.

Also, Sir, You Are Being Hunted is closed now.
The Cookening - http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/834876131/the-cookening

A Zelda like game, including 9 dungeons, a few weapons and shields and so on. I am not quite convinced yet, the style is not bad though.

Yes, quite unbelievable. Usually some people up their pledges to meet the goal. I wonder what happened. I'm sure they're extremely frustrated right now, but hopefully they'll retry.
Infinity Wars also opened a IndieGoGo campaign to get PayPal backers and try some extra stretch goals: http://www.indiegogo.com/infinitywars
Matchlock Miniatures is Kickstarting a range of 28mm minis for the War of the Pacific setting.

And here's a Kickstarter for the continuation of an existing graphic novel series called The Black Coat, and though I'm not familiar with it, perhaps those of you who are will take a fancy to it. The art is nice too.

i'm trying to start a project on kickstarter however I'm Irish any idea on trying to bypass the verifying part?
Do you know anyone across the border, my lad? You can now have UK projects, which obviously includes the North. I'm a Belfast lass myself, and am the Project Manager of Predestination on Kickstarter. We were lucky enough to have an American on our team ^.^

:( You think being Irish I'd know someone from the North, but it's only a tiny project. I'll have to use Indiegogo for now but Kickstarter usually gets more funding.

If you have a UK/US partner he can create the account in his name (not all KS projects are american/british),l without this I guess only remains IndieGoGo

Yeah it's set up on Indiegogo, don't get too excited it's not a game and not too big a project though.
