So I was watching tv the other day, the universal channel (I think it was) and it was about a guy called "little Johnny" who was in a comma for months and then wake up and start having 2 lives at onces, in one he was married with 2 kids and in the other he was I dont know just a dude using some kind of cane... all the time was like changing between one reality to another, he passes out and pum another reality.

he was having premonitions too, like some mall getting burned and he kept viewing guys with their faces burned down.

I got it just at the end but really like it, anyone knows what the hell the movie/series is called?

Sounds like the Dead Zone tv series. I believe it was based on Stephen King's novel of the same name (I know the central character in the novel is named John Smith - perhaps the 'little Johnny' connection).

*edit* Yeah, it was based on King's book/character.
