The winter sale is good and all but where are the new releases? I mean the GOG games portfolio is rather modest and it shouldn't stop growing.

New releases are rare these days, not only on GOG. In almost all cases, it simply wouldn't be a good business decision to put a new product out while lots of popular games are available for steep discounts. It's better to wait until the seasonal madness has died down. The new product will then have much better visibility, and its price will not have to compete with heavily discounted favorites.

There are no new games. Everyone ran out of ideas and the thought of a FF 89 was just too depressing to think about.
