In the new update they stated that the prices will vary and that you can even get your game for free with luck. Can anyone confirm that the prices differ from what we already had?

Where does it say that about the update?

The price I see is as before, same as the price on the tracker thread. If it says the discounts vary, doesn't that just mean that title A, B and C will have 70% off, title X, Y and Z 66% off? I would've expect it to be fixed discounts per title (aside from random freebies) otherwise people would get really annoyed if others were given a better discount.
