I searched, I googled, I can't find this being discussed.
When I click on a christmas promo, it shows a list of games. Each game has a checkbox next to it. If I click on the checkboxes... NOTHING HAPPENS.
This is not how UIs work. A checkbox clearly indicates that an item is selectable, can be toggled. If an item can't be toggled at the moment, the old-fashioned way is to show a so-called "locked" checkbox. The modern way is to make the item a visual slave to the item that mandates it in a tree-like fashion. If an item can *never* be toggled, then don't show any ui elements at all, just present the list.
Just showing it as a checkbox that does nothing when clicked is just a fail way.
I understand that this deal you want to present as an entire package. That doesn't mean the UI is in a good state though. Please make it render in a sensible way for this case if you plan to use it again.
Not everyone will care, but this stuff is like nails on a chalkboard to me.
