Hello Witcher fans!

I just pre-ordered The Witcher 3 but I am missing the bonus Neverwinter Nights Diamond from my games list. The pre-order page says that it should be available for immediate download, but it is no where to be found.

Does anyone know what is going on? Did I misunderstand or miss the opportunity deadline?
