I need a good game to play at work, something not too noisy and that wont take all the concentration out of me.
Here is my game list:

Alone in the Dark
The Witcher
The Witcher 2
Divine Divinity
Syberia
Syberia 2
Still Life
Blood
Crussader No Remorse
... and the free games

What do you suggest?
Hmm I can't play adventure games with interruption since it takes me out of the mood; the best way to play AITD is to crank up the volume and pay attention to your surroundings in the game; Crusader and Blood will definitely get you noticed in the office; finally, Twitcher will sap all your attention.

Uh...not many choices there buddy, though if I had to go with one, I'd go with Teenagent. It's one of the adventure games that I find you can play leisurely since it doesn't take itself too seriously. It's also a very short game, and the majority of the time you spend playing will involve you backtracking and pixel hunting an important highlight or item, so you probably won't find yourself getting too lost in it.
Something turn-based? Pausing all the time to deal with work stuff can really kill the fun, but turn-based gaming doesn't have that problem.
Fallout or Fallout 2
Racing games or arcades/shooters work the best for me.

They don't require a lot of my concentration and they are not so immersive that I can't let go when I need to get back to work.

Raptor, Moto Racer 1 and Moto Racer 2 where my work break games of choice before I finished them.

Now doing Megarace I, Painkiller and Moto Racer 3.

this is my first mounth working, I didn't received my paycheck yet.
all the games I have for now is the ones I listed.

moto racer is looking good for next month then
Rayman is a nice little game for a break ^^
DD can be paused easily IIRC
Tyrian 2000 (one of the free ones) is a great game to just spend a little time playing. It's strangely addicting. I played the game for a little over an hour (without any breaks) instead of playing Lost Odyssey. Also, it's pretty fun to play without sound.
Or maybe something you can leave on in the background while you do your work, and come back to it periodically. I sometimes do that with Dwarf Fortress, but I am sure other city building/business sims style games here on GOG would work quite well.
I'd suggest a subtitle enabled adventure game. They almost never have time pressures. And rarely is sound important.
people play on there job? I mostly go to work to work
