The highest on my wishlist is Among the Sleep. It looks spectacular.

Right now I'm a monster spanker. My 2-year-old tells me the monsters in her room scare her. So I tell her that the next one who scares her gets a spanking. Oh man, she just gets a thrill when I take the imaginary monster around the corner, clap my hands and teach that monster to be nicer.

But the poor kid in Among the Sleep appears to have to monster-spanking father in their life.

If you're looking for a 5.99/9.99 game option, Quest for Glory 1-5 is top on my list of ye olde games.
