doccarnby: On Windows 7? I knew there wasn't always a game folder! They all told me I probably just missed it! Ahem, yeah, it should work just fine.

doccarnby: I don't think so, sorry.

Edit: Wait, the back up files? Or the entire install directory?
I mean like, go to the GOG.com folder, grab the neverwinter nights folder and put it inside the Games folder

Ok, with the setup file, at the bottom left there is a button marked 'Options.' If you click that you'll be able to change the install folder.
