You can find a more centralized location for learning about active persistent worlds over on the
<span class="podkreslenie">BioWare Social Forums</span>.
For a more intimate gameplay experience you can arrange to play with other people over at
<span class="podkreslenie">Neverwinter Connections</span>.
Regarding persistent worlds, many use custom content that you must download prior to joining the server (you will get an error that you are missing required files, usually with a .hak or .tlk file extension, otherwise). These persistent worlds
should direct you to a location to download these files, such as the
<span class="podkreslenie">Installation Guide</span> we use.
The ultimate question to ask however, is what sort of gameplay experience you are looking for in multiplayer: casual, roleplay, action, PvP, party, or any combination thereof and more. Armed with that knowledge, choosing a server you will be able to enjoy becomes much easier.
