Have the cutscenes been fixed yet for 16:10 ratios? I've been holding off on playing because I've been waiting for the fix (no, changing to 16:9 is not acceptable)

It's only a problem with a single cutscene in the entire game, but no. That particular cutscene hasn't been fixed yet.
