As in the title I have a bug with the quest "Hatred Symbolized".
In the act 1 I chosed the Vernon side and so I'm in Vergen to find the banner, the spear and the sword.
When I go in the caves to find Saskia and Zoltan, tough, Saskia says "Here's the sword" and disappear.
But I have no Commander's Sword in inventory and the quest remains stuck on "Find Zoltan in the caves".
I tried a mod wich adds any item you want in any merchant you want and bought the sword.
This complete the mission "Hatred Symbolized" but in the mission "Blood Curse" i still have "Find the three objects (2/3)".

The spear is the third (3/3) object, and you cannot get it until you return to Vergen. At this point, Skalen Burdon will play dice with you for it.

I've never seen the quest jam that way. But when you get 3 items of 3, you should be good to go.

If you returned to the Kaedweni camp without the spear, though, you may be SOL. You can't get back to Vergen again.

1)i've got the spear too, i've won it playing dice with the man, he accepted to play after the conversation that should gave me the sword and that didn't
2)i'm still in vergen, as you said retourning now to the camp is nosense, as the quest can't progress.
I may try to go back to the camp with the three items even if the "Blood Curse" quest still states "Find the three objects (2/3)".

I have better texture environment, complete equipment overhaul (which i removed yet) and full combat rebalance.
Do you think that reloading the area without the mod using a saved game in which i was before the mist can help?

Zurvan, I don't think the OP is having trouble with following the quest, they most likely came across a glitch. From what I understand, they have all three quest items, but the game only lists two of them. I think this is a bug solving thread, rather than a walkthrough one.

Yes, that is. I know how to complete the quest, it's a glitch

Hallo there! I had the same problem and I got a solutions for everyone. Problem was in language of the game. I see OP is from Italy, so perhaps he is not using English in game. Switch game to English and this glich will disappear. :)
