Still have to wonder what else is going on in the engine, and if it even recognizes all the monster types, like necrophages.
For example: if I mod necrophage oil to do an insane amount of bonus (not crit) damage, then the steel sword is still very weak against them. Of course the silver sword isn't doing anything extra either. There might be a damage cap in the engine for the steel sword against monsters, but if I instead mod necrophage oil to do a min/max damage vs everything like Falka's Blood, then the rotfiends start exploding against my steel sword like nobody's business.
At least a hopped up hanged man's venom does do noticeable extra damage with the steel sword against humans, so it's not as if all types don't work. Silver sword is still as useless as ever in that situation.
