Yes, the choice is buy or not buy.
Actually nudity can be avoided...I think.

The first scene with Triss might be avoidable if you select to start your story from the dragon attack fr ex. and not from the camp when Roche interrogates you(although I'm not sure)

The second is when you get the rose of remembrance with Triss. The sex scene is avoidable.

The only other part where I remember seeing tits were in Philipa's quarters on Yorveth's path. So technically if you're willing to skip that side of the story it's avoidable too. Or just right click to skip the cutscene and you don't see tits.

edit: oh yeah and the sex scene with Ves is avoidable on Roche's path.

This is a strange thread.
As a couple of other posters have said, I really don't see the point in anyone mocking the OP for his/her question. Their curiosity about the possibility of skipping nudity in the game tells you almost nothing about them.

Among other things, it doesn't tell you if s/he has already purchased the game. It doesn't tell you that they are "afraid" of nudity (and even if they are made uncomfortable by nudity, it doesn't tell you why). It doesn't tell you if they are bothered by the PC and his sword being covered in blood (or even yet aware of the level of gore in the game). It doesn't tell you if they are sexually attracted to women. AFAICT, the available information doesn't even indicate their gender, ethnicity, or country of national origin (just that they are now located in the United States).

But regardless of the answers to those questions, I don't see a reasonable justification for anyone mocking the OP, nor do I see a reason for anyone using their wild extrapolations based on their assumptions about this one person as a basis for criticizing an entire country.

Shock2k11: And why would you want to miss all the beauty that gives a nice hard on :P?
Thank you for sharing this insight into your game playing experience. FWIW, I love the female form as much as anyone, but if I want to get sexually aroused, I go engage in foreplay with my girlfriend... :-P

lazybauwb: The Witcher 2 is a Role Playing Game, which makes a very large selling point the morally ambiguous choices throughout the game. If you can choose one faction or another, or one kind of magic or another why not choose whether you encounter nudity, casual sex, or anything else like that. Every other RPG I've played with nudity or sexual content let you choose that role, or not.
choosing for whom you want to fight is a entirely different thing. in a rpg you have only controll over your character(ok, often there's more than one you can be/have to be) so you can decide if your character engages in sexual acts, runs around naked or whatever but you can't decide what the npc's do and that's absolutely correct. you may try to avoid seeing nudity by avoiding areas where it's likely to encouter it but why should you be able to chose totaly absence of nudity.
it's a rough world and if you wan't to play in such a ambiance you shouldn't mind seeing some rapes(just a example, not present in tw2 according to my knowledge), torture, racissm... you should be able to put everyone to the(your) sword so if you can't stand the disgusting behavior of npcs cut their throats or turn away so you need not see but don't complain about it's presence.
there's no point in maiming a game world by removing such a basic facet of human interaction.

on the topic, by skipping cutscenes there shouldn't remain much to see. maybe except for some more or less human monsters.
