So, I need to find Milena after the bit at the waterfall but there is no quest marker on the map and I have NO IDEA where I should go. Have tried nearly everywhere - any ideas?

To the left of the waterfall is a path that leads to the hospital; go down and forward between the two walls of the ruins, then turn right and she'll be there.

Another thing that might help.
If you're having trouble finding her (in that area) brew a cat potion since it lets you see through walls
