I know at least one other person has this issue (mentioned on thewitcher2.com tech discussion page).
My DLC has downloaded fine, there's a big green tick, but the actual file size for finishers.dlc (both in documents folder and The Witcher 2\CookedPC folder) is zero. Opening it with a hex editor shows no information in the file. Something must be wrong.
Troll Trouble DLC seems fine though.
Anyone else notice this?

AFAIK the finisher dlc is the only one that isn't included in the base version of the game, so that file is probably there only to notify the game that the finisher dlc has been installed.

I'm not entirely sure, however. Just guessing.

its a dlc that's hard to know if its working. I dont even know what all the standard finishers look like
