I'm getting some realy annoying frame stuttering when playing Witcher 2.

Right now I'm playing at High settings as suggested by the game. is their any fix besides running the game in windowed mode?

Here is my config:
Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz
XFX HD Radeon HD 6870 1GB
4GB memory

I had frame-skipping pretty bad, but i was able to solve it by turning the motion-blur off. I actually stumbled on that by accident, as i don't typically like motion-blur in games anyway.
