I'm having a problem getting past the Kayran. I can only kill it on super low resolution but then the game crashes as it saves. If I raise the resolution the game lags so I cannot get pass the QTE. I would really appreciate if someone could take me pass the qte.

I'd do it for you, unfortunately that save you posted doesn't work.

edit: if the game saved itself, than you have to give us the last autosave file(include the picture as well just in case)
