I bought the premium edition box at release, but never installed it as I was worried I would run out of install keys.

Now that its DRM free, how many gigs of patches will I need (I heard that the Steam version is something like 9 gigs!).

Also, do I need to keep the DVD in the drive while playing?

The booklet (manual) has a serial number key, will I still have to use that if its drm free?

A gigabyte and some spare change (1>1.35, 1.35>2.0, 2.0-2.1). No, you won't need the disc in the drive while playing, considering the patches make it DRM-free.

I think the serial key is used only for registering and you can't register the game anymore. I might be wrong though. Last time I installed, it wasn't required to input a serial.
