Anyone else here have an IPS monitor? Just got one and have everything calibrated screen-wise and adjusted in launcher so that it looks incredible. One major problem, when it rains the rain drops drag whatever they are passing with them. Not far but the effect is sort of like really bad jaggies on a roof line, but kind of smeared. Have two 580's SLI'd. Runs 60 fps everywhere so far. Game problem, driver, or IPS? Does this happen on TN screens? Tried disabling rain effects and loading up the save that was raining, but of course this time no rain.

Hm, I have an IPS (Dell u2311h) and haven't noticed that, although I haven't played it when its been raining in awhile, plus my settings are around mediumish. I'll keep an eye out although it sounds like a game/driver problem.

What model of IPS do you have, and do you know the specific IPS panel type and update speeds?

I have an HP LP2475w H-IPS running off GTX 460's in SLI - max settings minus uber and cinematic depth of field and don't see any smeared rain in game...been looking at the roof-lines in Flotsam like you suggested...

It was fine for me.

I have a Dell U3011. 7ms GTG. Other than this one weird instance haven't had any trouble with it at all. Plenty fast for RPGs, Skyrim and Witcher2 combat, anyway. Kind of hard to notice glitches in combat though.

Haven't fired up the game in quite a while, but I don't recall seeing anything like that.
