If I remember correctly, it's one of those conversations where you really can't make a choice. You will still have to kill the kayran in order to advance the plot. If you refuse, however, his guards may turn hostile at a certain point. All of it matters little in the main plot of Act I.

If you explain to Loredo that he is a racist and a evil person he kicks out of your house. You can , after that, talk with Roche and Zoltan about the real plans of Loredo, the boat and drakenborg.
