ManicMunchkin: Thanks Fizzl, that's the info I needed. Sadly I beat him earlier and chose a different trap. *Hits reload*
If you have already completed the poker quest (meaning that you cannot select the Troll wife head as a reward, which will yield the tongue you require), you can always complete the Troll contact quest (without killing the troll in the process) and AFTER you have your reward from Chorab, go back, kill the troll and get what you need anyway.

It's annying that you have to complete these two (three?) seemingly unrelated quests in a certain order to be able to do it the non-violent way. I couldn't bring myself to kill the troll when I found out that it was the only way, so I failed the quest because of it. Should really fix it so that, even though you've completed the dice poker quest, you should still be able to play for the troll head.

I think there's a mod around these forums that gives you the tongue/head if you're in that position.
I think I may have gotten the Troll tongue when I killed Dimitri in the graveyard. If so, then it was probably the troll's wife's tongue.

Not to be a douceh but Melitele's heart is very crappy. Does it upgrade as the game goes? +1
Vitality is lame.
