When starting the game, there is no Menu. I do see some discoloration where the menu items would be when I mouse over the area.

I patched from 1.2 to 1.3 and now the in game Menu will not show up for me. I have tried various resolutions, trying different settings and what not and no luck.

Running Win7x64 Pro, have a Nvidia 460GTX - all drivers are up to date

Are you running any mods? If so, try removing those mods and seeing if the menus return.

Uninstall game but keep the game saves, after uninstall delete the game folder, reinstall, reapply patches, play.

Before you do that:
Patch 1.3 added the option to hide the HUD with the 'H' key in order to produce HUD-free screenshots.

If pressing 'H' doesn't work, as you've modified your key assignments, try to assign a key to this option.

Haven't modified any key assignments, and pressing 'H' doesn't do anything. Thanks for the help though.

yes H does not do anything yet, but the game might confuse some other key for the HideHUD, just start Configurator>Input>Restore defaults>set anything that you want>Ok and retest, and repost results

Thank you to everyone that tried to help. I eventually just reinstalled the game and it is working fine so far.
