It's especially annoying in conversations. I click once, and it skips Geralt's first line right as his mouth starts to open, I usually only hear the first reply forward. Even when pressing enter, same issue. Try to navigate the dialogue via keyboard, and it jumps 2 conversation options per press.

It also does it looting. Sometimes I'll open a loot window and automagically loot some random item.

This doesn't always happen, but it does well over half of the time. Is there something I can do to fix this?

I put off playing the game for a while since I knew I was gonna get a 600 series card soon. I ended up with a 670. I didn't actually think it would make a difference, but it is still doing this. Does nobody else ever have this problem?

Well changing your graphics card should have nothing to do with it.

Are you using a USB Mouse and Keyboard?

Does this happen in other programs and or games?

Does your Keyboard and or Mouse have special software that came with it?
