I am on the forest doing the Nekker quest and Geralt says "i must blow this thing up" what do i need to blow them? i searched for bomb patterns but can't find anything for those things. I am really lost ty very much in advance.

You need to have grapeshot grenades for them. You can buy the formula from Cedric (or buy the grenades directly from him if you don't have materials to build them.)

Where is Cedric? and ty very much for the answer :)
Also did i miss something , i mean i had to talk to some npc or something because on the journal it says nothing about bombs D:

I think it's only mentioned on the note when you pick up the quest. Cedric can be found from the small village near Flotsam.

it tells you about the bombs when you get enough knowledge about nekkers (either by a book or kill enough). go to the character screen and there will be a list of your knowldge about monster. the last entry for nekkers will mention the bombs.

btw, i only managed to find 3 nests in the woods. is there one anywhere else?

All the four nests are quite near each other. Search them near the stream and foggy areas where you encounter nekkers.

Not knowing which 3 you got already, one is somewhat removed from the rest. It is very near the waterfall/pond below Elven ruins.

^ I had trouble with this last nest as well. Look near the waterfall for it as Hanns.g says.

I had problems with this quest to. If you go to the character info screen you get told to use grapeshot. There's a thread where I asked and a got a reply with a map with their location as well.
