For those who do not know, it is great place for sharing mods, and the manager makes it easier keeping track on them.

Nexus has supported W2 mods for quite a while, actually.
Or do you mean the mod manager support?

yes... sorry. With the REDkit out of closed beta, it now has full support, including the mod manager.
