I didn't really notice the noticeboard in Flotsam, (irony, ikr,) but when I saw the one in Vergen, I instantly read and picked up all of the notices.

When I went to my quest log though, I saw only one quest; the one relevant to the last notice I had picked up. I would have assumed that all of the notices would have triggered quests though, so where are they?

If you have to do them one at a time, how can I re-get the quests, as ofc now the notices are gone from the board?

Some notices do not trigger quests as they are just announcements. I found this odd as well, as it was a break from the last game and the situation in Flotsam.
