Prior to 2.0 I didn't experience so much micro stuttering as I am now. I'm getting 30-60FPS but the stuttering happens regardless of how well the game is running.

Yep, got the same problem. Here are my specs if it may help.

Win7 64-bit
Intel i3 3.0ghz
6 Gb ram
Nvidia GeForce GT 240

Running as admin as well. I cannot play the tutorial at all because of how bad the stuttering is. Before I downloaded patch 2.0 it was running relatively fine.
