Hi all,

I moved W2 to a new SSD (Samsung Evo 850, top reviews) and suddenly I'm having intermittend loading troubles, mostly on saves but also at least once on even the main menu.

When it happens the game will just load infinitly. Closing it, reopening it, and then it works.

I started with fresh saves to see if maybe the old ones got corrupt... nope. A lot of other AAA titles (including Far Cry 4 and Witcher 3) load fine from that disk, so it's not a general problem...

Any ideas?

Are you by any chance using AMD with Radeonpro on windows 8.1??? Because I am and I have the same issue, althoug I must say it doesn't happen if I boot it without Radeon pro.

No, Nvidia on Win 7.

I updated the GFX card, added more RAM and the new SSD. So my initial suspect was the SSD, but maybe it's indeed a driver/GFX thing... if you traced it to a driver component.
