Download it from GOG? If you turn off GOG downloader mode, you can download the individual parts. The part you're missing seems to be the file labeled "part 9 of 10."
No one is going to upload it anywhere, if that's what you're asking for. Legitimate owners get the GOG version for free, so this shouldn't be a problem provided you've actually purchased the game.
EDIT: Actually, it seems to be part 4 of 10. My bad. Unless that 7 is a part of the file, in which case I have no idea what's going on with that.

Yea, you should be able to download it as many time as you like if you own the game here.
