This is just another post about silly things and very personal.

When I play The Witcher i did not know much about the books, I was asking people who read the books about the fidelity, the characters, etc.

With TW2 something is different, there are things that gives for supposed, like Jaskier in the spy games, La Valette, Sheala... A lot of things and characters wich I dindt know in the game.

So, TW2 take me to read the books, Geralt is in Flotsam and nothing is going to move his ass since I finish the saga.

So, personally, I think this is another BIG virtue in the game. Right now I am in the 4th book, thinkin how Geralt is going to lose his mind (In the game) when remembers more about Yennefer or even Ciri.

And that's all, folks... Sorry for my poor english y thank you for reading my caprice about that.

Well, I agree that these days when a game makes you read books it is its great virtue! Glad you like them :)
Right, books are great. Pity that there is no translation for English readers.
After I played the first game, I decided to give the first book a look since it was a cheap paperback so thre risk wasn't too bad. I ended up loving it. I got the only other one that has been translated in english for Christmas and loved that one too.

Ironically, I enjoy reading the Witcher books alot more than I enjoy playing the games.
