i downloaded the game and isntalled it it work sooooo slow its kinda unplayable i made them to low but still slow here is my pc specifcation

Your computer is not very good...

What you could do is try to lower the settings even more in the config folder. (my documents).

For example Open user.ini and put shadowssize to 0
Lower mesh distance scale to 0.3

A proper GPU will get you going. The onboard GPU is worthless for this game.

You have a free PCI-e x16 slot. Don't go overboard since you have just an Athlon II x2 CPU, but something like an AMD HD 6670 will get the game playable for you.

Hm, your GPU is somewhat similar to a HD3450 , which is way below minimum requirements, and it shares it memory with your system Ram, leaving you with only 1790mb, which is below minimum if you're on Windows Vista/7.
Your CPU seems ok-ish, but it's not that fast either and only somewhat above the minimum specs.

This means that it's logical that the game is unplayable. You could get a new GPU, but, you'll also need more RAM and a faster CPU would also help.
