antihero_: What point size are they looking for? The default should be 10 IIRC.
Mv.c9: i guess 2 pts more than the original. maybe some have small screens and its hard for them to see ?
well . . . i thank you alot that you even replied, my self esteem is really miserable these days, i was awaiting a silly reply from someone, thanks for even considering.
if interested you can join at my site there are some small requests. at the moment the site looks a bit like nexus, because i didnt knew. but thats going to change, im changing the whole concept of the site so no worries you dont have to check several forums for your mod. thought posting them at my site wont hurt. you get glorified status since your an elite modder.
anyway, thanks again.
Sure, but let's not make this awkward. I ask because half the time I don't know if somebody's complaining about the font size because they're playing on a 1024x768 display (I guess 1024x576 with black bars), or if they need magnified text for vision problems. I've made a bigger font and UI mod in the past, but the UI in TW2 should already be scaled with the screen resolution, so it probably comes down more to the forced 16:9 aspect ratio, at least until 4:3 support in the 1.3 patch.
And about the site and all that. I wasn't really sure how to respond back then. Honestly, I'm just somewhat lazy, and posting on the nexus because I already had an account there from a while ago. It wasn't even really my intention to get back into it because it's pretty time consuming, and yours wasn't the first offer for some random site asking me to make an account and upload my stuff there - which apparently gets uploaded to your site already anyway. That's probably coming out more harshly than what I intended, but I'm just doing this for fun, not to try to make that big a deal out of it. (Although, unrelated to this or this particular mod, it does sour the mood a bit when your changes get taken and you get repeatedly lied to about it, which is the part that irks, not the taking of it - or at least the truth in such a very roundabout fashion that you can't tell it apart.)
Anyway, I've probably made it awkward now, but c'est la vie.
