WARNING: SPOILERS!

after you kill dmitri and his gang you receive a key to his bandit hideout. i haven't found it so far. could anyone point me in the right direction?

The bandit camp is in the southeast corner of the swamp - you have to cross the river, then head south east as far as you can. It's a little hut on the map.

I cannot believe that I never knew there was a swamp there. Boy, that was obvious once i found it.

From where the troll is, walk West down the river until you come to the collapsed bridge. You can walk up the surface of it and just keep to the right as you get to the top.
