Is the version for download on gog the latest version or do you have to patch it?

From what i understand you will have to download the latest version (after 2.0)

The one you download from here is patched to 2.0 already.

You gotta let the launcher download 2.1 which is a few megabytes.

When you have 2.0 and the launcher say that 2.1 is redy to be installed, where do i do that? are there any .exe file?
