When I registered my copy's activation code, I was told to go to https://secure.thewitcher.c.dot360.pl (rather, I was told to "Click here" on a button on the registration app, but this was the base link it sent me to) to "Set up my profile", but I keep getting an "Unable to connect" error. Is CDPR still reeling from the sheer amount of registration traffic this game has generated or something?

That URL doesn't look like the official The Witcher page. Though at that one (found at www.thewitcher.com) you can also not yet register.

The link on the Launcher marked "Registered Users" opens a browser window at registered.thewitcher.com, but that just redirects to en.thewitcher.com.
