Hi, I am doing the Melitele's Heart and the tongue of troll is the the only item I need know. Can anyone tell me where to find these creatures coz I have been in Flotsam for many hours but have yet to seen one of those. Thanks.

I believe it requires the dlc troll quest. However if it does or not, the troll is supposed to be at the broken bridge across from Lobinden.

You can descent into the shallow parts of the river and walk there.

I bougth the game some days ago, and i the damn troll does not apper for me. I have been at the broken bidge many times and no damn troll.

Acordning to the patch i have the latest version but i have no way to look at the patch version do not know where I can se that.

I have even registred and still no troll.

What to dò? is my game broken?

There are two bridges; the troll resides under the smaller one.

Check if your Witcher 2 game has the following file..

-> The Witcher 2\CookedPC\troll.dzip <-

Cedric(the elf in the village) is supposed to be selling troll tongue. Check if he has it.

And you can track the troll's location using the map markers. Just make the quest active.

Is it necessary to pick the Troll contract up from the board outside the inn to get him to spawn?

No idea. In any case it's only a minute's journey from Lobinden to the town square.
