Witcher 2 2.0: Is there a fix for flickering textures? Such as in the beginning when Geralt and Triss are getting out of bed. You see flickering textures on the ground.

BTW: I already have the latest NVIDIA video drivers installed. Also happened on previous drivers. This seems like a bug with the game.
