I've got a copy of Witcher 2 (AU) region files but I own Witcher 2 (US). So I was wondering if anyone knew which (if any) files are identical so I don't need to redownload them.

Why do you have two versions?

I don't have a detailed list of what files are identical and which files differ or what not; the one thing I do know is that the AU version is missing elf_flotsam.dzip and succubuss.dzip in the CookedPC folder, as a means of censoring those two quests.

Didn't patch 1.2 automatically restore these files though?

Not to my knowledge; these files were made especially because AU wanted these quests censored. 1.2 added all the DLC's, maybe that's what you mean.

Patch 1.3 added the files effectively un-censoring the AU version. You just have to be patched prior to completing a task in Chapter 1 otherwise one scene will not be unlocked.

I actually meant which files out of 'setup_the_witcher_2-1.bin', etc were identical. I own the US edition; caught up with a friend who gave me the AU so I didn't need to download the whole thing. So just wondering what I need to download.
