Is it possible to enable English subtitles while playing another language? I want the audio to be in Polish, but the only language options I can find convert the entire game.

Under Documents/The Witcher 3/
Open up user.settings with notepad.

Subttiles and all text can be modified using the "Text Language=" line.
For english, change it to "Text Language=EN"

No need to edit files. Download the voice language you want from GOG, install it, and then in option menu in the game, you can choose audio and subtitle languages. They are independant settings, it's possible to have polish voice with spanish subs.
