I tried with the newest drivers and without, with VS 2015 and without. With the latest Windows 8.1 patches and without. With GOG installed and not. With Geforce Experience and without. I tried direct downloading and using the tool. Nothing works. Here are my specs. It should play from my system specs....everything else plays fine except Crysis 3. Not sure why.
