Get this a lot in cut-scenes. Textures will look shiny, like vinyl. Other times, they are fine.

It's the graphics card and the graphics set up.

Frankly, I put up with it. It's not the worst thing to happen and doesn't really affect game play.

I have a similar issue with textures. I sent an email to CDProjekt a week ago. They haven't answered yet. What are your specs?
