So,as the title says, is the witcher 3: Wild Hunt - GOTY playable with a Dualshock4 ? If not, I 'll buy a PC controller because Xbox controllers don 't work for me, I would like a controller with Dualshock4 ergonomy.

Yes, it is.
The game officially supports the DualShock 4 controller but, according to some users, you have to connect it via USB: the game apparently doesn't recognize it if connected via Bluetooth.

If needed you can use the useful tool DS4Windows in order to emulate an Xbox 360 controller with your DualShock 4.
