I hope this sale eventually comes through soon, been pretty disappointed already that all those Switch Pro rumours were just rumours

The recent Red Faction sale was a practice for the summer sale gimmick.

The more games you purchase, the lower the discount. Complete your collection by paying full price.

I suppose the most probable time is:
10th June 2021, at 5 PM UTC

We've got still the giveaway active for the next 52 hours.
The giveaway and Warhammer sale end at 5 PM UTC, which is quite unusual – most sales starts/ends at 1 PM UTC.

Also Thursday looks like quite common start day for bigger sales.
I've made this count October 23, 2020, but it still shows some pattern:
– 25 sales started on Monday
– 9 on Tuesday
– 11 on Wednesday
– 11 on Thursday
– 6 started on Friday
– 0 started on Saturday or Sunday

I bet on today or tomorrow. And if sale will not start even on Friday, so next week will definitely be the right week.

Warhammer sale ends tomorrow, so either today or tomorrow. If not this week, I am gonna be very surprised cause that will be really late even for GOG, and it will clash with the Steam sale (and possibly others like Epic).
I think I remember GOG having other weekly or promotional sales before when a bigger sale started.

Those memories are accurate. I tracked down a discussion about this from October last year.

Mortius1: They don't seem to be trying to avoid it this year. Of the major sales for 2020 in the first post, the Lunar sale started on a Friday and the Summer Sale started on a Wednesday.

Did they shorten or skip the Monday weekly sales in those weeks?

ciemnogrodzianin: You're right and I'm wrong :) I've checked the thread with all sales and it's as you suggested - these two started when other small sales was up and running. I don't know where my opinion come from, but it's simply wrong.
