Tony650: I've tried repeatedly to contact GOG. I have issues with a game but it doesn't seem possible to talk to an actually human. Email will be fine. In fact, it would be preferable, as it would give us both time to consider our responses.
Lord_Kane: support@gog.com should work friend.
Okay, I'll give that a try. Thank you.

exiledemulator: What game is it?
Knights of the Old Republic.
ppavee: in technical issues you could also ask help in here
I realize that (and for the record, it *is* a technical issue) but I'd rather deal with someone in the "official" area.

BreOl72: As others have already suggested:
click on
Support -->
Game Technical Issues --> then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "
Contact Us".
There you will be given an opportunity to state your issue
via a chatbot.
If you enter your email addy at the appropriate point, someone will contact you via email.
Mind you - the first email will most probably be some automated reply, saying that your request got received.
It can take up a few days
(though for me, the human answer came within 24 hours) until a human staffer will contact you, and ask for more details, or
(best case scenario) offer a solution for your issue, already.
Thanks. If directly emailing them doesn't work, I can always try this.
